Many organizations have highly technical processes that staff must follow—but their internal documentation is often dense, unclear, or overwhelming. I partnered with a team of subject matter experts to transform a complex procedural workflow into an engaging, easy-to-follow learning experience.
Support employees in learning that is fast, engaging, and directly applicable to their work. Microlearning design, I built two short-form modules using Articulate Rise 360: one focused on ethical and effective AI usage, and another focused on creating inclusive workplace environments.
The work focused on building systems that empowered leaders and coaches to support teachers in designing accessible, rigorous learning for all students. I designed a leadership-centered professional learning and implementation system that aligned school leaders and all educators around a shared vision of inclusion.
